Notes: Built in the Italianate style, this boathouse was meant to house the Booth's rowboat Nellie. It at one time featured a loggia for canoe storage, but has since been taken down. Although the current Boathouse shows the wear of its age, it is still an intriguing site from across Kingswood Lake.
